The purchase timeline and process
The Amble is offering an innovative Priority Reservation Purchase Process. By setting up an account and making a priority reservation you will be among the first to select a residence and qualify for early buyer incentives, including a 5% discount and the opportunity to choose your finish package. Here’s the four-step online sales process.
Sign up to start your home selection process
Create your personal Amble account. This lets you explore the residences and save your favorites. It also gives you access to pre-purchase documents so you’re ready on reservation day.
Build your favorites list
Browse the Residences page to explore all residences, floor plans and finishes to help you build your favorites list.
Make your priority reservation
Set your priority reservation on April 2, starting at 11 AM (Mountain Time). Simply sign into your Account and click the “Make Reservation Now” button. This will set your priority order for selection and contract signing on April 9 or after.
Purchase your residence
We will begin purchase agreements on April 9, in order of priority reservations. You will be notified of your time to select your residence and sign your contract in-person or electronically. During your appointment you will have the opportunity to select from the available residences, sign your contract and wire your earnest money deposit to purchase your new mountain home.
